{"id":1499,"date":"2021-03-15T13:07:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-15T12:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sensemakers.it\/?p=1499"},"modified":"2026-02-11T13:19:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T12:19:27","slug":"italiani-popolo-di-cuochi-online-analisi-multi-country-dei-siti-di-food","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sensemakers.it\/news\/italiani-popolo-di-cuochi-online-analisi-multi-country-dei-siti-di-food\/","title":{"rendered":"Italiani popolo di cuochi online: analisi multi-country dei siti di Food"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>GialloZafferano nella Top 10 mondiale dei siti di Food<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Italia \u00e8 il Paese che vanta la percentuale pi\u00f9 alta di visitatori di siti di Food rispetto alla popolazione online (78%).\u00a0La pandemia e il lockdown ne hanno spinto l\u2019utilizzo con il record storico per visitatori unici registrato a dicembre 2020,\u00a0mentre ad aprile 2020 si \u00e8 registrato il picco del tempo speso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il settore del Food Publishing si \u00e8 rivelato particolarmente vivace nel corso dell\u2019ultimo anno, registrando delle accelerazioni legate alla pandemia e al lockdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osservando la penetrazione della categoria \u201cFood\u201d sulla Total Digital Population in Italia, i dati <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comscore.com\/\">Comscore<\/a> mostrano un incremento pari a 9 punti percentuali nel corso degli ultimi due anni, in cui si \u00e8 <strong>passati da una reach del 64% al 73% di gennaio 2021<\/strong>; valore superiore a quelli registrati nei Paesi digitalmente pi\u00f9 evoluti come USA e UK (rispettivamente al 66% e 65%) o pi\u00f9 simili a noi dal punto di vista sociodemografico come Spagna e Francia (rispettivamente al 55% e 42%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo il boost di marzo 2020 in coincidenza con il primo lockdown, la categoria dei siti di Food ha mantenuto gli <strong>alti livelli di reach<\/strong> con il <strong>picco di dicembre 2020<\/strong>, mese in cui quasi <strong>8 italiani su 10 online hanno visitato un sito di ricette<\/strong>.
